Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a bright, nicely decorated 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one closed, the other open mezzanine-style) and a bathroom (with bathtub).

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms (one closed, the other open on the mezzanine), both with queen-size beds (160×200). Single beds can be done to the mezzanine bedroom on request.
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair.

The apartment is ideally located in Auray, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the nearby Loc'h or Kériolet parking lots.
