The staff are uniquely warm & friendly but professional & courteous and helpful. The Syrian evening/night receptionist stood out as especially helpful. 3. Room and bed comfortable, clean, and spacious. 4. Elevator & a/c"

"Hotel was very clean. Convenient for the city centre and facilities. Unfortunately the bar was closed on one night. Can be a little noisy outside the front where the seating is. "

"Great hotel close to restaurants. Very friendly owner who couldn’t do enough for us. We are from Australia and very grateful for the warm welcome and able to safely store our bicycles. The room was comfortable and quiet and had a great sleep. Highly recommend!"

"Incredibly convenient location very near the train station. Of course, because it was so close to the train station you could occasionally hear trains. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly, and even tried to help me improve my German language skills. Overall, I would say a great place to stay at a reasonable price!"
