"A nice and centrally located hotel, about 3 minutes from Munchen Hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was great and had all you could want and the hotel was clean but the rooms are SMALL. It's exactly what you expect for a hotel next to the main train station that isn't 5* luxury: you pay for the location not the hotel."

"Good value option, with decent sized rooms. Gym is very very small but there is a sauna. Oddly the shower water went from hot to cold a lot, and the phone didn’t work for contacting reception (room 219). But overall a good stay."

"Upon check-in the room did not match the category that was reserved and paid for. I had booked a premium room with a view. The view was a construction site and not the city view. When I highligted this to the Reception, I was advised the view is subject to availability. I explained my concern & kept giving me the same explanation, the view is subject to availability!!"

"The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff."

"The map in the app shows the hotel closer to the Central Station, it actually is. It is located in quite a noisy neighborhood (at least it was so on the weekend). A/C did not seem to work, and whenever you opened the window, you heard everything from the busy streets downstairs. The guy in reception did not seem to care much about us, and the lady the next morning even less. The room was small, but nice."
