"There is an exhaust duct extending to the roof over the bedroom with a rotating element on the end of the duct. It made a screeching noise all night to the point it wasn't possible to sleep. Owner did temporarily resolve the issue but permanent resolution wasnt available until after we were scheduled to depart. The shower has limited hot water capicity."
