Masters’ Week Rental. Enjoy a brick 2-story home with 2,900 sq. ft. on a ½-acre lot with clean oak hardwood flooring & tile throughout. Gather or cook in an over-sized kitchen with new white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, & beautiful granite counter-tops. Converse on the leather living room furniture or share a meal on the 8-person dining table. Also on the ground floor, a large master bedroom suite has a queen-size Temperpedic mattress, 2-person whirlpool bathtub, and walk-in shower. A small attached room (former nursery) has a twin bed or can be used for luggage. Another bedroom downstairs has two oak twin beds with a trundle bed that can be rolled out. There is another full bathroom across the hall.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms toward the right, each having a queen-size bed and a desk with chair. There is a full bathroom which has a large double-sink vanity in separate room from the toilet & shower/bath. On the left side of the upstairs is an extra-large entertainment room with 9' high vaulted ceilings and two skylights. Enjoy the new large sectional sofa, round table with four chairs, stereo system, 55" Smart TV, Apple TV, X-Box, & Wii. There is also a new set of adjustable weight dumbbells, weight-lifting bench, & exercise mats.
Outside through the back French doors, there is a large screened-in porch with zero-gravity chairs for relaxing. Have some fun shooting at the dart board, roll out the aluminum ping-pong table for a match, or play corn hole in the large, shaded back yard. If you are bringing children, they will enjoy the trampoline and wooden play-set with swings, slide & deck. In addition, the back deck has a large five-burner, S.S. gas grill and extra propane tank. The attached carport holds 2 vehicles so you can stay dry coming in if it rains.
NOTE: Due to the nature of this temporary rental, many of the owners' belongings will still be in the dressers and closets. However, space will be available for you to hang clothing and the fridge will be mostly emptied for your use. You are welcome to use condiments, spices, sugar, cooking oil, coffee, coffee filters, and other needed items for your stay.
Home will be sanitized before your arrival. Daily basic maid-service included.
