"I understand the need for places like this. My wife and I booked a room as it was the only place in Waterville under like $300. I was still disappointed with it. I am by no means hard to please but we decided to drive the hour and a half home after a concert versus staying here. Some paint and general care would go a long way at a place like this. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes. It was dirty, footsteps above us were extremely loud, and it was just very depressing."
