Enjoy a family friendly experience at this stylish and centrally-located house.
Adorable Augusta House is a fully remodeled 2 bedroom house, 2.5 ba with brand new furniture and accessories. The open floor plan and a courtyard with a fire pit makes this house the perfect space for you to enjoy with your family and friends on your next vacation. MonthlyOne block from Broad street and about 1/2 mile from the restaurants and shops main area and 1 mile from Riverwalk! Monthly rental available at $2100, with the exception of the April month.
The space
One main area includes your living room, dining and work/office area with beautiful tile like wood floors and cozy and fun furniture that leads into a totally remodeled kitchen with top notch appliances to provide you with the comfort you deserve! In addition, two spacious bedrooms with King size beds to provide a comfortable sleeping arrangement for the entire family. Also, off the living area you have a 1/2 bath and the laundry room with an washer and dryer for you to use.
Let's not forget the outside! A beautiful front yard with a fire pit and a flat backyard for the kids to run and play.
Free parking available for several cars in the driveway or on the street
