This modern and renovated 40 m² flat is perfect for 2 people, but can also accommodate 4 guests thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.
Parking is possible directly in front of the house on the street.

The cosy sleeping area is furnished with a comfy queen-size double bed.
The spacious living area invites you to relax on the cosy couch, which can be folded down into another bed if required.

High-speed WiFi, Smart TV and Netflix invite you to switch off after a busy day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. Cooking is a pleasure here.
Of course, there is also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
