"I loved everything about the hotel "

"This a gem in font of Lake Como, owners and staffs are friendly and welcoming. They booked us a great affordable restaurant near their hotel for dinner and helped us how to use boats around the lake. Room was super clean and view of mountain and lake from the room made us feel staying in heaven. We will definitely visit this hotel again. Hotel has 3 star but don't let that trick you, cleanness and size of the rooms, exceptional customer services, continental breakfast, pool and location of the hotel, make this a 4 star hotel."

"Room was very clean. Hotel interior was very impressive a beautiful marble staircase. The reason I scored a little low was was the exterior of the hotel definitely need some maintenance. It is really showing its age. I couldn't really comment positively on the staff because there wasn't any. This is due to this being a unique hotel and having an electronic booking system where there is no reception but you do everything online. And this also includes getting your barcode for your hotel room. This was unique and actually quite useful. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially at the price that they were offering such a great room. I would definitely stay here again"

"It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing. "
