"The host was very accommodating and provided exceptional communication for the duration of our stay. The property was full of character and charm situated in the heart of Fontainebleau. "This is a wonderful place to stay, close to Orleans and within easy reach of both towns and countryside. The gîte was clean, very well equipped and the owner friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villagers were also friendly and forgiving of our French!! The swimming pool at the gîte was a high spot for us all and we swam every day. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here."

"Det var et dejligt hus, og Celine var meget behjælpelig hele ugen. Alt fungerede perfekt, og vi kan kun anbefale stedet. Vi spillede golf på banen i Cély , og den kan vi også anbefale. I Melun (14 km) kan man tage hurtigtoget til Gare de Leon. Når man skal til Paris."

"The purpose of our visit was to attend the Django Reinhardt Jazz Festival at Fontainebleau. Fontainebleau is an easy run from Poligny and definitely a place worth exploring. Beautiful countryside and a very relaxed atmosphere. The Gite was comfortable and we enjoyed meals outside in the courtyard under the beautiful ash tree. Being a converted stone farm building the ground floor lacked natural daylight but the outside space more than compensated. Jacques,s English was quite good which was just...

"We enjoyed our brief stay at Pierre’s house. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of four. Loved being able to walk to the boulangerie in the morning and the many restaurant options in the evening. Super convenient location for all of the Font climbing areas and really appreciated being able to rent bouldering pads from Pierre. We would definitely stay again!"

"Wir verbrachten als Familie zu dritt zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen (bei perfektem Wetter) in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und besitzt den Charme eines typischen französischen Landhauses der Zeit nach der Jahrhundertwende, als sich Künstler in die Sommerfrische der Pariser Umgebung begaben und ein solches Objekt für den Sommer mieteten. Eine ähnliche Geschichte hat dieses Haus tatsächlich, und wenn man Sinn für dieses Flair hat, dann ist man in diesem Anwesen genau richtig....
