"Hotel end of checking in time is 6pm. We were late on our way there because unexpected snow on mountains mid September. "Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. "Reines Gästehaus. Restaurant geschlossen. Zimmer sind wohl frisch Renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Fernseh-Empfang war schlecht ( Antennenkabel ). Es fehlte ein Mühleimer in der Küche. Leider direkt an der Straße und für mich dadurch etwas zu Laut. War der einzige Gast im Haus, etwas gruselig. "

"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again.
