"When I arrived late at night I spent 25mins finding somewhere to park, when I got in there was no working light in the roo. I sent a text to the support number asking for it to be rectified but it wasn’t, the whole 5 night stay was in the dark. I worked 12-13 hour days so clearly had no time to sort it myself. It’s a shame because the accommodation was great. "

I called many times seeking information but was told that the information would be provided to me at 3pm however no details were sent. @4pm l was still chasing for the details. At around 4:30pm thats when they decided to tell me that the place wasn't ready and the cleaners hadn't been around to clean. The most frustrating thing is that they could have apologised and gave me a heads up than for me to travel then...
