The house was central to the city, zoo, museum, motat, shops, and other family activities. A short drive to the motorway but the house and neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our vehicle couldn't get down the steep driveway or fit in the garage, but there...

"The property was listed as 3 bedrooms, but 1 of the bedrooms was downstairs off the back of the garage, no windows, not great if you had children, you would not put them down there while you were on the 3rd level.The Oven switched had no writing on them so we couldn’t use it. The TV didnt work we could only get NetflixI wouldn’t stay there again."

"We could not stay because the property is not the 2 bedroom home described, but just two unconnected rooms - one bedroom with en suite having to go outside to get to a lounge/ kitchenette with sofa beds (and another separate again bathroom) so probably not suitable for solo or twin older travelers. The process for canceling and complaining about the misrepresentation was unclear and extremely frustrating and no consideration appeared to be given to even a partial refund. "

"We got off the train and walked to this property. It was a super short walk. Coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants close to the property. We didn't have a car but the garage would have been nice if we did. We couldn't find the hairdryer but it wasn't a huge deal. "

"Communication was amazing. Very comfortable beds, loved the feel and look of the home. Everything was above and beyond looked after. We couldn't have asked for better. We were impressed with the location, close to restaurants and bars, close to downtown, close to parks and the water. I loved going for a run down to the water knowing there were plenty of places to stop for a rest or just to take a photograph. The back porch was great! I wish our stay had been longer than a week. "
