"The hotel is older, you can tell by the rust around the toilet the old tubs that need to be renovated. The staff was nice, the maintenance showed up right away when I called to say the A/C wasn’t working and fixed it. The shower and sinks weren’t draining and they fixed the sinks. Room was clean. The only real issue was that housekeeping didn’t make the beds or empty trash but they did drop off clean towels minus wash cloths. Otherwise stay was good, we used the shuttle service, but hated that we made so many stops. Will use Uber or Lyft to parks next time when we stay in Kissimmee."

"Everything was great here. Stayed here to take my daughter to Disney for her bday. The hotel is very close to the parks, I asked if they can decorate the room for her and they were great! Hotel and room were clean, elevators are fast. It was a great experience."
