"The property was as beautiful as advertised. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The drive to Auburn University graduation was only about 40 minutes. Our afternoons and evening on the lake was very relaxing. Checking out was difficult only because we didn't want to leave. It was a great stay!"

"This was by far one of the best vrbo's we have stayed at. Owner was super nice to our guys and let them into the condo before check in (sorry about that they were suppose to go to the university first for a robotics competition. Seems time zones are tricky lol). We had a great stay and the condo was roomy even with 6 of us there. We had 3 high schoolers 17 and 18 year olds and 3 adults. Plenty of room and not cramped at all."

The host Melissa was extremely responsive to all our questions and checked in during our stayed to ensure everything was good. "We loved our stay at Poplar Point. It’s located in a gated community with a golf course and restaurant, Copper’s that we went to one night. The villa/townhouse has a wonderful view of the lake that we took full advantage of for morning coffee and later cocktails So peaceful! I didn’t want to leave! We stayed here the weekend we moved our daughter out of her dorm at AU. It’s about a 40 minute drive to Auburn. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has what you need for a weekend stay.
