"We stayed in the exact same room as our visit four months ago. The room was great, however, the included continental breakfast was not so great. The oatmeal bar add-ins, (raisins, brown sugar, variety of nuts etc.) along with the bagel variety and cream cheese pods did not taste fresh. The Belgium waffle batter was took thick to allow it to expand in the waffle iron, and the trash cans were already overflowing on Sunday morning at 7:20am. (Only 20 minutes after the breakfast buffet opened) We brought our concerns about the freshness of the food to the male employee that seemed to be restocking the food products on Saturday morning, but the same food, along with the poor taste and even worse waffle batter were present for Sunday morning's buffet. My family and I also noticed that none of the staff we encountered during this stay were the same as the staff we met in March. Is this possibly the reason for the less than stellar experience we had during our stay this week?"
