"When we checked in unfortunately for us the elevator was not working. It was fixed later that day. However we did have to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Not easy but we did what we had to do. A mom and her two young adult daughters. We originally had a room on the 3rd floor but I asked for a room closer to the first floor and we were given a room on the second floor because the first floor is reserved for pets. Overall it was a nice and clean place and we have no other complaints than the elevator when we first arrived. I would stay there again. It is also a good location."
