"We were in town for an admitted student tour and appointments with advisors. We wanted to be in the "heart of downtown" and the location of this cottage was perfect. It was an easy few block walk to shops, restaurants, and the university. We also loved that it had a monitored/dedicated parking lot behind the unit so we never had to worry about parking.
