Cozy Entire 1st & 2nd Floor Apartment w/ Amenities

Contemporary home with updated appliances located in Aubrey. Fast high-speed internet. A few minutes away from the highway. 2 bedrooms are available for stay on the 2nd floor. Comes with its own full Bathroom on the second floor. Fast internet. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Great for business people and travelers on the go. A half bathroom is also available on the first floor for your full use if needed. Free street parking in front. Great walking neighborhood. Nice dwelling for 2, or more including family.

I reside on the 1st floor. Attached dwelling with its own private entrance.

House Rules: No smoking. No parties. No third party bookings. Quiet times are from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays, and 10 PM to 8 AM or 9 AM on weekends.
