"We enjoyed hot, sunny, cloudless days and made good use of the shady parts of the garden which affords total privacy and looks out over a reservoir. The property is fairly remote, with no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance so a car is essential. Accommodation is not as spacious as it seems on the website but it was fine for two of us and there is obviously work still going on to renovate other parts of the building. Decor is stylish and the kitchen is well-equipped."

She helped with all of our questions and we could always give her a call. The view from the pool was stunning and despite our age differences (1,5 - 80 years), all of us had an equally amazing stay. "We were transported back to the 13th century which is the age of this beautifully restored gîte. Our hosts Pascal and Christine were welcoming and answered all our questions about the area. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Local amenities such as a foie gras cooperative and boulangerie in nearby Riguepeu and Vic Fezensac were part of our feeling of being at home among new friends."
