"Great location to get into Yosemite South Gate entrance. Oakhurst has plenty of restaurants and other stores that you may need. South Gate is great for seeing the Mariposa grove, Glacier Point and Tunnel View. Don’t miss Wawona with its historical trail and covered bridge. "

"We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and check-in was quick and seamless. There were lots of places to eat an shop at (Hobby Lobby across the street). My husband and daughter went across the street to the theater to watch a movie. No lack of things to do."

"I loved EVERYTHING about this place! The young lady with the dark hair that checked me in was very kind and courteous, as was the male manager at the desk when I checked out. The grounds were impeccable and the palm trees were beautiful...especially swaying in the breeze that night. The room was spacious and clean as a whistle, modernly updated and very nicely remodeled. The western theme throughout is really cool! As is the awesome vintage Rodeo Lodge sign out front! It was really convenient to have a kitchen too! I seriously cannot find anything wrong with the Rodeo Lodge, however, if I could make one small suggestion, it would be to have some kitchen utensils. The bed was super comfy and even though the parking lot was full I did not hear a peep from any neighbors. This was a perfect stay and a real hidden gem!"

"This hotel was great especially for our family with little children! Our kids loved the breakfast especially the waffles. There was even a playground for them to play on although it was a bit weathered. The staff was absolutely great especially Tracie who was helpful our first day and made our check in quick after seeing our daughter get hangry. The rooms were clean and had 3 beds which worked great for me. The microwave and fridge were a little older as well but did their job. My wife loved the hot tub and said it was super hot (which she loved), we didn’t get to try the pools cause we were tired from swimming in Yosemite. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer as we enjoyed our stay! "
