"We did not arrive until 11.30pm as we were stuck for 3 hours in traffic in switzerland and had no way of contacting the owner. She was wonderful as we thought we would be sleeping in the car that night, but she got out of bed and let us in. Following morning, breakfast was all home made and the owner accepted my sincere apologies for the late arrival. May be an idea that Expedia gives each other a phone number to ring if late as I had no access to email whilst driving. "

"The hostess of this property was pleasant, easy to work with and always available, which was great. That said, the property was a disappointment. No where in the listing did it state that cats were part of the property. They roamed freely and we saw them on the counter in the kitchen which was disconcerting.
