"We really enjoyed spending time at the lake. The house appeared to be recently renovated and was very clean. Check in was easy and the neighbors were welcoming. Always enjoy being on the lake. "

"Wonderful time here! My wife and 4 little ones (all 5 and under) were looking for a quick weekend getaway with our boat. After seeing some of the neutral to negative reviews I was somewhat skeptical but at this price point, this place is really hard to beat. Yes the property is not directly on the lake- and those complaining of that, it's clearly described in the details. There is a view of the lake across the street. What's more important is that it sits right on the channel and the owner has ample frontage for 4 decent sized boats (2 of them are his). Our 24 foot ski boat rested nicely there. The unit is divided into 2 condos and includes 2 small bedrooms, bathroom kitchen and living space There was plenty of room for my family. To keep up with the amazing homes surrounding the property, there are some needed updates planned but we found the unit to be clean, perfect sized, and the exterior was super cute with the included tiki bar, fire pit, and grassy play area. And what the property lacks in high end finishes is more than made up for by the gracious host Anjum. I really can't say enough about Anjum and how accommodating he was to me and my young family. We arrived later than expected - he moved his personal boats out of the way to make room for mine. He helped with parking my trailer and even drove me over to the local boat launch the following day so we wouldn't get lost. You can feel his passion for his property and guest satisfaction.**Highly recommend!"
