Like other reviewers mention, it’s an older property. That being said, my room was clean and staff was super kind and accommodating. Property was quiet. Was in the area for a concert and was only there to sleep so it worked great!

Convenient location, near lots of food options and shopping plazas. Very pet friendly. They were so welcoming to both my family and our dog. Always gave her treats and lots of love when we brought her down to the lobby.

Room was nice and the view. Staff was friendly as well.

Everyone here has been wonderful, especially the front desk staff. I’m here for work and they’ve even gone so far as to take my service dog out for me.

The front desk in the morning and overnight are amazing they're always there to help even if you need an extra towel at 2:00 a.m. don't forget to enjoy the breakfast it's always fresh and the housekeepers are amazing she went beyond what she needed to do

I have never stayed at an Econo Lodge before. I have heard they weren't the best hotels, so I have avoided them in the past. We booked this one, because everything else in the area was full. My family was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable this one was! The location isn't the best (across the street from a truck stop) and the outside of the building looks a little sketchy, but the inside was great. Beautiful property and location. Geese, ducks and swans are everywhere upon arrival. The desk staff (Carolyn ) and manager (Barb) were more than welcoming. Glimpses of zebra as you enter the parking area. The room is adjacent to the gift shop and restaurant. There are people everywhere during park hours. Safari disembarksation just outside your door !Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable. Of mention, there's no window at ALL in the room. There's nowhere to sit except the bed.

We were greeted and helped by very friendly man and woman upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a really good buffet breakfast for a hotel!

Room was so clean Halley who got it ready did a great job and Linda our house keeper was amazing ! We will definately stay again when we are in the area ! All the staff was pleasant, so happy with our stay

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area! Yes, you can stay at a motel for half the cost, but the experience is unique and well worth it. Rooms are beautifully staged and breakfast was amazingly delicious. Although, it was very difficult to contact the property before hand. So start calling as early as you can if you need to make any arrangements.

Being winter, it was very quiet, but that is what we wanted. It was easy to drive to the parking lot as it was clear of ice and snow. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. Sleeping was very easy to do. We loved being so close to the church and the downtown stores and restaurants.

Nice hotel

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

Fabulous. I booked based on the high review and this place didn’t disappoint. Completely renovated. My room was well appointed. Bathroom brand new. New carpet. Bed was comfortable. My room choice featured a small refrigerator and coffee maker. I parked right outside my room. Area was safe. Newly paved parking lot. Lots of food options in the area.
