"The staff was super helpful and attentive from making dinner reservations for us to explaining how to get to places. Convenient and quiet location with 10 minute walk to bridge and restaurants and 20 minute walk to train station and ferry that takes you to Mt Pilatus. "

"It was a lovely property to stay at. The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities/toiletries. The view from my room was gorgeous as it looked out into Old Town. The one factor I didn't really like was that the cleaning team starts very early in the day (around maybe 8am) and the noise would echo through the hall to my room. I wanted to catch up on some sleep but wasn't able to due to the noise. The hotel location was very convenient. I would still want to come back to stay at this hotel the next time i visit Lucerne."

"Very small room, but had everything we needed for 2 nights. Location is fantastic. Easy walk from train station and in the middle of the old town. Walk outside to a beautiful square. Food shops only 80m away. Rooms were service every day by a very professional and trustworthy woman which we didn't expect, but appreciated. Loved the bed and pillows "

"Amazing hotel!! We were greeted so kindly with complimentary wine and were allowed to check in early. The room is beautiful as are the restaurant and bar. The most incredible thing about this hotel though is the view. It really is like staying in a castle. Cannot recommend enough!"
