"Communication throughout the stay was great. We were given the code to store our bags in the locked storage room when we arrived in the morning. Once the room was ready, we were notified. The location can not be better. It was a short walk to anywhere in Valletta. The room was quiet, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, large refrigerator in the kitchen, and good WiFi. We would stay here again when visiting Malta."

"We were here in July and we baked. The coin operated air conditioner is in the bedroom only and the rest is fans. The apartment is 3m wide by 30m long, so the AC definitely won't work on the space outside the bedroom. The description in Expedia is inaccurate. Two things to mention: the door to the unit is very difficult to open with the key and the stairs are difficult for older people with baggage. "Very large apartment, very clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Collect key from Relax hotel 5 mins away but no great issue. Tiled floor means lots of noise coming down from room above - kitchen chairs being moved by folk returning 2am created alot of noise. earplugs meant a decent night sleep/"

"I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. "I found the property was fully equipped for my needs and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It is also in an ideal situation overlooking the bay in a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. It was easy to get around the island using the local buses from bus stops very close to the apartment. The check in was was friendly and efficient. I would recommend the place and would book again when, and not if, I go back to Malta"
