"I’m giving this high rating because I had a payment issue during after-hours, and even though the manager wasn’t physically on-site, the front desk contacted them immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes. It showed how committed the manager is to supporting guests and providing excellent service, even outside of normal hours. Also, I want to mention that Expedia’s customer service was amazing as well. They supported me very well during the process and were extremely helpful. If you ever book the wrong place or face a problem, Expedia’s team is there to help. I’m really happy booking my stays through Expedia!"

"Our stay at Hotel Gran Aminta was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and went above and beyond every day. A special shoutout to the porter who helped with our bags—he was incredibly friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious—we looked forward to every meal. The bar service was excellent, and the bartender made sure we always had what we needed. Reception was just as impressive—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The entire staff truly made our experience unforgettable. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10 from us. "I can’t fault this hotel or its staff. Having read previous reviews that stated about issues with the lighting systems in rooms I was slightly worried. However, we had no such issues and found our room to be extremely comfortable and the lighting easy to navigate. I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness after my daughter injured her knee in the hotel lobby. They showed concern and gave her ice to help with the swelling. In the following days they checked on her well being. This was very much appreciated."

Nearly to city centre that you can go by walk..the man of reception is very friendly and help us a lot with some indication principal about to rent a scooter like make our stayed so easy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff lady so polite and kind. The housekeeping was polite,gentleman ,kind and left our room so clean and organised. I really indication this hotel because everything was amazing, good price and definitely we will be back one day."

"Quiet and beautiful location, but a 15/20min walk to centre of Sorrento. Cannot praise Marcos enough. Always a warm welcome and a wealth of advice and recommendations. My most endearing memory is ordering a gin and tonic, and Marcos picking a lemon from the tree in the front of the hotel for my drink. "
