"Perfectly and centrally located boutique hotel in the Historic District of Puebla City with friendly staff, several dining options and valet parking. The property is a couple blocks from the Zocolo and plenty of museums and endless food options. Our room was spacious, well maintained and comfortable beds. The ac worked, we had a slight hiccup with the remote, but had no problem finding a maintenance person to help us right away! The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and always had hot water. The property had several dining options including a coffee shop with delicious drinks and baked goods. There was also a brunch buffet setup on Saturday and Sunday with various brunch items and fresh juices. They had a pianist that added to the ambiance. There was a small bar located on the ground level where we enjoyed some mezcal while watching the soccer game. Overall great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend."

"Beautiful hotel, large clean rooms. I loved everything about it. Had a nice relaxing massage and enjoyed the pool. Has a wonderful restaurant downstairs as well. Highly recommend and would return."

"Tuve una excelente experiencia en Hotel Al Otro Lado del Río durante mi visita a Puebla. Es un hotel con un estilo muy tradicional y un hermoso diseño antiguo que le da un ambiente único y acogedor. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Me encantó la tranquilidad del lugar y la forma en que conserva su esencia e historia. Sin duda, fue una estancia muy agradable y volvería a hospedarme aquí en mi próxima visita a Puebla. ¡Lo recomiendo!"
