We had a great stay at Casa de Los Altos! The view was beautiful, and we loved how close it was to the Plaza, with everything within walking distance. The space was exactly what we needed and worked perfectly for our stay. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t quite figure out the hot water, but aside from that, we really enjoyed the property and the location. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved the centrality of the hotel. The rooftop view of the main plaza. My king size bed was super cosy with all the pillow options. Marlén was super helpful and immediately responsive. She was able to get us in touch with a Tequila tour at Casa Lou which was absolutely fabulous! I look forward to my next stay!

The only negative thing is the parking! It’s a parking that’s a block away from the hotel. During the day it’s easy access, but at night it’s closed and you have to ask the staff from the restaurant that’s on the first floor of the hotel to allow access to it! It’s dark and you have to wait for someone to come. It’s a bit of an inconvenience if you have a car. The other thing is the bells from the church that’s across the street from the hotel, they are loud, if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up. . Other than that it’s a very nice hotel with a lot to eat and see around the hotel. You have all you need steps away from the hotel. Nice rooms and beautiful views from the balcony.

Perfecto para disfrutar de las hermosas vistas y actividades del centro de Atotonilco. Cuarto súper limpio y de buen gusto - sábana, colcha y cama muy cómodas. Regadera con presión y temperatura de agua perfecta. 10/10 estancia a corto plazo. Servicio al cliente es por whatsapp pero brindan excelente atención. Lo único que lo haría mejor es room service pero hay muchos lugares para comer al rededor del hotel.
