"The hotel is an amazing building itself. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are always prompt to help at any time. The room was well cleaned and the service was excellent. We had a balcony in our room that had a garden view and we sat down every night to look at the stars. The breakfast options were vast, even for me who is coeliac. They were very helpful in providing anything that I had requested and I was super impressed as being a gluten free you always are on downside of options, but this was not the case there. There are plenty of restaurants options and the staff from Verona (Italian restaurant) mainly Francisco was amazing. I cannot say enough how he made us feel special on our dinners there. We have celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husband birthday and the staff were very thoughtful about it . The beach that it is by the hotel was amazing with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our time at The Ritz Carlton in Tenerife and we will definitely be back soon."

"Great Rooms, unfortunately some nights can be extremely noisy if you like an early night, additional sound proofing on the rooms would be good, or the external amp system could be turned down to a reasonable level"

"Room wasn't that clean. Walked around for 10 minutes in bear feet and my feet were black. Also see blue slush puppy stains on the coffee table so obviously never got wiped over. Had a massive balcony with sea views but unfortunately didn't get much sun on the balcony really. Air conditioning was good and overall a nice hotel. What was nice is you can get free shuttle to the beach and back."

"Overall we were pleased with to hotel. The staff were fabulous. We did the half board, breakfast only. So many options to choose. We had one problem that was never resolved, the air conditioning. Unfortunately we had to ask for a fan to cool our room."

"This is an absolutely stunning hotel, in an ideal location just on the beachfront. It’s had a massive renovation and the room that we stayed in was stunning, but it was a suite and free upgrade from being a platinum member on Hotels.com"
