The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I...

We absolutely loved our stay. The all inclusive package needs to be a little clearer and wasn’t fully available to what was explained. Laundry isn’t included and is expensive

Fabulous front desk staff— really helpful!

Nice location in the south close to several nice restaurants and supermarket. We walked to San Blas square for lunch or dinner almost everyday during our stay.

Staff were very helpful and called a taxi for me. Checking in was a breeze the night before also since I arrived after hours.

We stayed for 5 nights in early April and overall we enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were in great condition and we were even offered an upgrade to a 2-bed, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, spacious and smelt great, the beds were very comfordable. A couple of lamps didn't work and the AC controller in the bedroom detached from its sticker a couple times but these were minor issues. Wonderful hotel near Teide- full of magic of mountains, fantastic stars at night, best view of Teide. The internet is a little bit slow, but the other conditions is perfect

I booked this hotel last minute because of an issue at another hotel and the rudeness of the staff, I am very glad that I did. This hotel was very comfortable, and very clean. The neighborhood was great because there were many shops right across the street and the beach was within walking distance. I did not have a lot of time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer but it was a great way to end my hectic travels.

I only stayed here for a night to be closer to the airport. The resort is beautiful with a very lovely staff. I booked the 2 bedroom villa which had everything a family will need on vacation. The rooms are big with a mirror and closet in both. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite and a king bed. The second room is to the back with a sliding door and two twin beds. Relaxing and beautiful oceanfront views are what stand out at the Salmar. The hotel was refurbished recently and they did a fantastic job. Pleasant colors and appreciated details like bedding, panoramic sliders purified water machines, and robes to name a few. Staff was helpful and friendly 5 Stars Highly recommend !!
