"It is a lovely hotel with great facilities for adults. The check-in was very good and lovely helpful staff. Our junior suite was a great size with a balcony overlooking the pool. We were staying half board and the food especially at breakfast was excellent. There was the opportunity to sit outside on the terrace which was very nice indeed as the views were amazing. The pool area was lovely and we managed to get sun loungers each morning. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return or visit another Meliá hotel. "

"Words can’t explain how good this hotel and the staff are. Staff can’t do enough to help and make your stay more comfortable. Amazing experience and I’ll definitely be staying again sooner rather than later. Pricey but more than worth it in the long run for an absolutely fantastic first class holiday. It’s far out from the hustle and bustle of las Americas but if your willing to pay taxis into town (20 mins, €28 one way) it’s the best place to stay for comfort and quiet and the entertainment they put on is second to none. "Amazing hotel, very nice workers. Rooms are very nice. Pools are massive. Lots of activities throughout the day around the pool for kids. Entertainment in the lobby every night. Breakfast buffet is huge. Highly recommend. Cheap taxis to the town which wait outside the hotel. Can’t beat it. Best in Tenerife south"
