"Very helpful, attentive staff. Wonderful room, bed, everything super clean. Fabulous breakfast, lots of fruit, vegetables, meats, pastries, juices etc. A very quiet hotel, just two blocks from the busiest parts of Madrid, Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. It is now my place to stay while in Madrid. Extremely helpful, courteous staff."
"Overall great stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was convenient, breakfast was good. Only con was that there was some random noise that occured regularly at my window that periodicly woke me up (can't pinpoint what the noise was exactly). But otherwise no complaints."
"The food was very good, definitely need more wait staff in all restaurant/bar areas so staff in bar was not very attentive. My shower the entire time (week) ran hot to scalding to ice cold, it was looked at several times but never fixed, floors in my room/bathroom were not cleaned daily. Temperature in room was warm and not adjustable. Hotel in an excellent location, I would stay there again."
"I had no trouble checking in. There is a bar on site. There are plenty of food options in the area. The room was shared with others, who were quiet and respectful. I lost my key card and they made me a new one free of charge. There are elevators to take you upwards in the 6 story building if you don't want to use the beautiful spiral staircase."
