"I stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed the place was very clean. It was close to the shopping mall and many restaurants that you could walk to. The only suggestion I may have with this hotel is to get soundproof windows. You can pretty much hear whatever's going on on the street."

The lobby staff, while the property is beautiful, came across as quite dry and unhelpful. When I needed assistance with a passport situation and didn't have it physically on me, instead of finding a smooth solution I was asked to send the document via WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional for a 5-star property. One more tip for travelers — at night, be cautious with your surroundings regardless of the hotel's upscale setting, as the area warrants some awareness. Overall a beautiful stay with a fantastic bed, but service and pricing transparency could be improved. "
