"Great hotel to stay"

"Though there were exceptions, the people at the desk were misleading and unhelpful. We were not allowed to park in the hotel parking lot because we arrived earlier than check in time, which required an extra expense, and a big inconvenience as we had to carry our bags to the parking lot assigned. On checking out, we were misled about how the lot we were supposed to use was to be paid. When we checked out, we needed to get our bags from out of storage and had to wait until a security person arrived -- that person didn't, and then the desk person finally was willing to get our luggage when another guest was checking in. The toilet paper roll in the room when we arrived was nearly empty (though there was another roll available.) The air condiioning was set on celsius, which was confusing (New Jersey is pretty far from anyplace that uses celsius). The machines downstairs to get beverages and snacks were confusing and defective and out of product. We will never stay at this hotel again."

"We decided to leave the hotel . We stayed there last week and the hotel was a mess and the staff was rude. When we got there the room wasn’t ready and we were told to wait in the restaurant. Went to the restaurant and was told we were in the wrong spot and we had to move because we couldn’t get service there so we moved to the bar and then a woman would name Shakira who worked there yelled at us because our bag was in the way and she didn’t say excuse me or anything and it was just one of the most awful experiences I’ve ever had and I will never stay to Hilton property again."

"Booked this hotel as I was stuck in Newark. I could have chosen from any number of airport-located options at similar, even lower, prices. But, I chose this hotel as they advertise a lovely buffet breakfast which I very much would have needed after traveling for 30 hours. I check in to the hotel only to be told that they do not have breakfast. Instead, they can offer an apple and muffin in a brown paper bag. I was furious and disappointed. Hotel staff didn't care. They offered nothing, no rate discount, nothing. Avoid the deceptive marketing and go elsewhere."
