I wanted somewhere in Atlantic City to go with my family. This was an amazing family friendly hotel. My son enjoyed it so much he didn’t want to leave. The indoor water park and arcade were amazing and kept us entertained the few days we were there.

When we first arrived we received that they didn’t have fitted sheets on the bed so I called and requested them. That’s when the man I the front desk informed me that they don’t use fitted sheets and added in that most hotels now days don’t. I said on and requested additional flat sheets and blankets, that was around 4pm at about 9pm we still hadn’t received them so I called again. I was told that it most likely didn’t come to my room because they might have run out. SMH I Instacarted sheets and blankets for myself. Our room barely had outlets for the two of us to plug in all over devices. Our central air unit kept stopping so we had to keep asking for someone to come fix it. We requested for someone to come clean the room in the morning and they didn’t arrive until almost 8pm and started cleaning while we were getting ready for dinner. When checking out I asked for a copy of my print out for what I paid for the lady at the front stated that it would be emailed to be. Not until I demanded a copy she got up and retrieved it for me. I would never stay here again nor will I recommend anyone staying here. However the waterpark is something I would come back for.

They charge you more for resort fee than what Expedia tells you and they just say “oh well”. In addition to that our king size bed had one sheet on it and that sheet only covered 3/4 of the mattress leaving the rest completely exposed. Nasty looking mattress too. Shower did not drain at all. Toilets burp when you flush them. My experience tells me that’s a major sewage issue with the combination of both the shower and toilet. You have to pay for parking and if you don’t leave the garage by 12 the next morning you get charged for an additional day. Just an overall wacky experience to say the least.

Very old and outdated Carpet was nasty dirty Fridge was frozen up and had so much ice to where it had frozen over the knob so you couldn’t adjust the temp. Everything froze. I was afraid to unplug and let thaw cause it would have made a mess with the water from the melting ice

We checked into the room it reeked of marijuana. We then attended a concert at hard rock and my wife refused to sleep in the room. We checked out at 12:30am and drove back to PA that's how bad it was.

Our day at the water park was canceled 2 days before check in. We originally bought tickets for Monday but we had to go on Sunday since they closed at the last minute. They give you a free 15 minute game card but you cannot earn points on it. There was no soap in the bathrooms of the hotel room only shower gel shampoo and conditioner. The ice machine was broken on our floor. There were no restaurants open for breakfast in the hotel..the restaurant ACE said breakfast lunch and dinner but it did not open for breakfast we had to go to hard rock next door. I will never stay there again.
