Located across the street from the seawall - best location of Brigantine! This unit is more affordable because only longer bookings are permitted - must be 3+ weeks. The updated 2 story townhome offers a granite kitchen, updated appliances, laundry facilities, private nook facing the ocean, onsite parking, outdoor eating space, Smart TV, Xfinity high speed internet and so much more. Enter into an open living room with ocean views, dining room, and kitchen on the ground floor complete with a full bath and separate bedroom with its own entrance. There is a natural gas fire place installed to stay nice and warm on chilly days. The second floor has the main bedroom with a FULL ocean view enclosed balcony, full bath and another spacious bedroom with deluxe twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle bed. Plenty of space for all. Ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms for comfort sleeping.

Located at the sought after North end- you are blocks from the North Brigantine State Natural Area. Miles of undeveloped beach for the most relaxing walks. There's the perfect breakfast place around the corner. Brigantine, which is known for its pristine beaches, is a quiet, relaxing beach town with great restaurants and shops. In addition, Atlantic City is only a short drive with its exciting boardwalk, restaurants and casinos. Brigantine allows for the best of both worlds.
