For the price we paid completely not worth it. We didn’t even use the shower the nights we were there as there was tons of hair left in it that wasn’t ours. There was gum stuck to the wall in the bedroom and dead flies on the window sill. There was a pair of underwear under one of the beds that again was not ours. Once we got there they charged us per night per toddler that we had when I put on the reservation how many guest adult and children we would have. There weren’t pillow cases on multiple pillows. You could tell this room was not cleaned before we used it. We paid over 300$ for 2 nights and it was disgusting and I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

I needed an affordable hotel close to AC and the price was right. Friendly staff and close to Wawa, the Crab Trap and downtown OC. Room was clean and front desk workers were friendly.

There is no way the photos on the listing were of the property we visited. The check in area was cluttered. The room's ceiling was literally falling in and it looked like it had the worst "landlord special" paint job I've ever seen. The bed was falling in and they used plywood to support the middle of it. As soon as we saw the state of the hotel, we immediately canceled our booking and found another place to stay. AVOID THIS PLACE

Booked b/c it was pet friendly, we arrived n go to check in pay pet fee go to room it was filthy, cigarette holes in sofa, urine all over the toilet n floor in front of toilet, but last straw was the sheets had obvious bodily fluids on them when we went to complain the desk clerk was very nice but the manager came running out yelling no refunds I calmly said I can’t stay I. That room it very dirty, he said no refunds, the clerk said how about another room, my friend n I have health issues so moving just a few rooms down from ours was difficult but we agreed n changed rooms, I still wasn’t thrilled with the cleanliness but I had my dogs n my friend calmed down so we decided to try n make best of it however the other guests seemed very rough around the edges ( actually fighting) so we packed up n left very early n just put the key in box n left, if it wasn’t for the kind desk clerk I would have left n fought for refund

A few flies and mosquitoes in the room and the bathroom faucet was wonky, but worth the price. Pool was good, breakfast and ice very convenient. Shower and AC worked well and the beds were comfy.

This was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life. To expect anyone to want to sleep in that smell, get infected by any of the mold, dirt, blood, feces and God knows what else is crawling around in that room is crazy! This place needs to be condemned and closed immediately. I will be calling the Board of Health tomorrow. The amount of mold in the carpet on the bed around the air conditioner and especially throughout the entire bathroom is amazing! They should do a scientific study to see how something could get so gross yet remain in business.

The pool was well-kept and nice to swim in. And the air conditioning kept us cool all night, despite it being pretty loud. But the bedding didn't feel clean (I felt like there were crumbs in the bed) and the next day, I noticed stains on the bedding that had been tucked in before (I guess I kicked the sheet off at night).

The sheets and pillowcases were clean. Bed was really comfortable, A/C worked GREAT! Refridgerator, TV everything worked fine. The price was more than reasonable. Pool was GREAT ! The grounds were clean, and there were many staff working inside and out throughout my stay. Front desk staff Rock, John, and others were friendly, helpful, a pleasure. I had no bug issue, the hot water worked fine, and my door and window were locked/secure. I wish i was still there, very relaxing, and the other guests were friendly also.

Wow! So definitely would not stay again. Booked a 2 bedroom for a few hours since we were going to Spirit Halloween Flagship store opening. The purpose was to use for a few hours; hence why I booked this place. Unfortunately, nobody could really sleep here. The place was bugged infested, broken walls and floors. Try a different place to stay.

The room was immaculate and so fresh smelling. The staff was so helpful and always so happy to answer any questions that I had at all. Absolutely a dream to deal with. They did have a Continental breakfast they served in the office and there is a Wawa right across the street that also has a breakfast. They are also central to a diner as well. There were pets staying there with their parents. Everyone was having a great time at the pool and everyone was talking with each other. The whole place felt like one big happy family vacation at the pool. I've been coming here for 18 years and the newer owners who have been here for the last few years have made many changes for the better. I have never seen such Great Prices and Such Clean Rooms before! Thank you so very much for such a Wonderful Stay I Greatly Appreciate You! -Karen Leigh Kelly
