Not all large units are created equal. We can seat 20 at the same time. We have 4 master suites. We have all 8 bedrooms 5 full Baths and 2 half baths in the same unit. (Not over 2 units where you do not feel like you are vacationing with your family/friends.) Private Elevator... only 2 blocks to the beach. Large enough to accommodate large or multiple families. ...............My partner and I had this property built strictly as a rental property. We outfit it so that you will enjoy your experience whether you are 5 years old and it is your first visit to Ocean City, a 13 year old who is ready to start exploring OC on your own, a 20 something couple who is creating summertime memories, the mom and dad who want to make family time memorable, or you are the 75 year old family Matriarch or Patriarch who is making sure that your entire family gets to spend time as one big happy family........Extra Large Sectional with 70 inch Smart TV...... ! PLEASE NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. We only rent sat to sat in summer(no weekends). We can give you a quote for rentals less than 7 day in the off season.

Phenomenal place to stay with your large group!

An excellent home and location! Easy to walk to the beach, our favorite parts of the boardwalk, shops on Asbury, and grocery store! Our group of 16 was more than comfortable in this home. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The living room was great for hanging out together and playing games after long beach days, and we loved spending time on the porch. Bedrooms are all great sizes and we had more than enough room! Matthew is an incredible host and is clearly dedicated toproviding a wonderful stay for all guests.

Stupendous he and location!

This was one of the most amazing rental properties I have ever rented - new and clean. Enough space for a large group to stay comfortably and happily. Central to everything - easy stroll to the beach, boardwalk, and the town stores and restaurants.

Nice House Close to Beach & Activities

We had a great time staying in your house. It was close to the beach and boardwalk (within walking distance). We definitely had enough beds to accommodate all of the heads in our group. One small critique is that the floor could have used a good scrubbing.

Great week in OC at the King of Wesley

Fantastic location, near all the shops and restaurants, 4 short blocks to the 9th street beach or 4 short blocks the other way to the grocery store. There really is a fifth suite as one of the bedrooms has a pass through bathroom to the hall which can be closed off as there is a full bath and a powder bath already accessible from the hall. Having the OCPD right behind the alley is an added safety feature! We had 9 adults, 7, 4, 2, and 3 month old kids. The long hallway let the adults stay up in the evening and not bother the kids and the kids get up in the morning and not bother any still sleeping adults.

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location- close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and the grocery store. We had a family vacation and it was a great spot for toddlers, kids, teens, parents and grandparents. The property was clean and well maintained and there was so much space for everyone.

Amazing host and house!

This was our first time staying at this beach house and using VRBO. The house is in a perfect location, was very clean and all one floor! The wrap around porch was perfect for late night games. There is plenty of seating in the kitchen! The rooms were clean and spacious. The owner was more than responsive and accomidating! I highly recommend this host and house! You will not be disappointed!

Everything we hoped for !

It was absolutely lively to spend time with friends in this house . Everyone had a good time . The layout of the open living room allowed all of us to hangout without feeling too crowded. The rooms were very comfortable and perfect for our group of youngsters and teens .The owner was easily accessible for any of our questions. Overall experience was great. We would definitely consider staying here again !!!

The Getaway my group needed!

First off, I want to thank Matthew for being such a phenomenal host! Available for any questions or concerns but most of all made check in flawless. The home was clean, up to date and so bright. Located in such a quiet neighborhood in ocean city. Only a few blocks from the beach and 23min from Atlantic City! Home came with everything needed. I had a group of 10 all over 18. 8 spacious rooms perfect to accommodate such a group. The elevator is an added amenity to get groceries, luggage bad those accessible up and down the stairs. The main floor has all that is needed. The home is cozy but feels like home. Plenty of parking in the off seasons. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of TVs but the most beautiful part is the wrap around porch. This home is highly recommended! Will be coming back in the summer for future events! Thanks Matthew for everything!

Annual Golf Outing

My long time friends and I used this property for our annual weekend golf get-together (doing it for 30 years, we're all seniors :-) The place was awesome ..... large enough to sleep 12 adults, bright, clean, comfortable, and in a great location close enough to everything. We would definitely recommend this property.....and will likely rent it again when we return to Ocean City as a venue !!

Very Nice Large OC Central House

House worked very well for our family group of 15 people aged from 75 to 4 and we had plenty of beds left over. Living area for our group could have been larger. Kitchen area was a little tight at times. No problems with bathrooms (5 full and 2 half). Three parking spots really helped in center city (1 in drive and 2 in garage). Walk to beach was not too long. Elevator is a big plus for loading in and out of the house.

Excellent, Easy and Enjoyable

Matthew’s place is an excellent condition and a very comfortable place to stay with a large group. We had 22 people stay on the property and everyone had plenty of space to do what was needed. We enjoyed a great time together as a retreat from our leadership school and it was just a couple blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The communication from Matthew was excellent and very quick each time that we tried to reach him. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great house

The beach house was great and the location was excellent. Everything was as described and Matthew was gracious enough to let us enter the property a few minutes early. The house has garage parking to fit two vehicles and that was a huge bonus. We were caught a little off guard by needing to bring our own sheets and towels, so read the listing carefully on that front. Apparently this is common in Ocean city and we just weren’t used to that.

Terrific large family gathering place

Five generations joined together (ages 2 mos-92) for a wonderful week at Ocean City. It is in a central location, so once you find a parking space you didn’t need to move it. We rented a bike for the week and ran to Acme on that. Loved the outdoor shower and use of a hose to rinse off after beach time. The wrap-a-round porch was key to survival for our group. There is only one inside gathering place, but it was comfortable to be out on the porch. The adults/teens and kids enjoyed the use of the games on the ground floor patio area. We BBQ on the gas grill and took advantage of the beach chairs and 10 seasonal passes that came with the rental. The only thing to improve our stay would have been for the bedding and towels to be included. We had 2 families traveling from a distance and to drag all the bedding/bath/beach towels was a bummer. Highly recommend this rental for large families.
