Nestled on a quiet tree-lined in Margate, NJ, this modern, pet-friendly, 3BR/1.5BA vacation home offers central air and on-demand hot water. The exterior features ample parking and a private driveway, patio with seating for 8, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower. Inside, enjoy a spacious living room, sunroom with dining for 8, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a full bathroom with a rain shower. All 3 bedrooms offer memory foam queen mattresses, spacious closets, and HD TVs.

Upon your arrival you are greeted with a large living area which also has access to a powder room. Off the living room are french doors which leads you to the sunroom. Here you will find the dining room which also includes a futon for extra sleeping. The sunroom is stocked with games for those rainy nights and ice cream from Two Cents Plain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, garbage disposal and counter seating. For your enjoyment we stock the kitchen with spices, oils, coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea.

Conveniently located off the kitchen is the laundry room and steps away there is an outdoor shower. All 3 bedrooms offer memory foam queen size mattresses, spacious closets and flat screen HD TV’s. The full bathroom has glass enclosed walk-in shower with built in seat and rain shower head for a Spa like experience. The home also includes high speed internet. Outdoor you’ll find a propane gas grill and patio set to seat 8. Atop the driveway is access to the garage for storage, six beach chairs and tags are provided for your short walk to the beach.

This home located on a quiet tree lined street with ample parking along with a private driveway if needed. Ventnor Ave is 1 block away where you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and Castles, the local grocer. One more block up takes you to Atlantic Avenue where you're just steps to the beach.

This home is professionally managed by Host House LLC, a Ventnor based short term rental management company, ensuring you'll have an unforgettable stay.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.

Great stay in Margate City

Wonderful first floor home with all the bells and whistles. Owner was hands on and easy to reach. Location was perfect!

Great place!

This is an amazing place!! Extremely relaxing and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the driveway is a huge plus. The home was extremely cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, there were even towels and washcloths for us. Cole went above and beyond to accommodate me and had great communication. I will be back, but I am missing this place already.
