"The Room were barely straightened up the toilet was dirty the wash clothes and towels were rough. Calling housekeeping for over an hour no one ever answered. Hold the front desk they took a long time to answer I requested two blankets. 45 minutes later I go down to the front desk to find out what the problem is. I was told that there was a high demand for blankets. Long story short it took 2 hours for me to get a blanket"

"Everything was great . Except I did not have a door in the shower or a curtain ! Which resulted the floor to get really wet and dangerous But overall it was great . I would be back . I loved that the pool was right outside my room so I’ll def be back in the summertime . "

"Do not stay at this hotel, hotel is not renovated like it states, minimal security with lots of teens causing disturbances, had no airconditioner for the first night,no pullout couch with room as described, no washclothes throughout, safe in room didnt work and was never looked at and pool was closed for part of my stay. Numerous people left after getting refunded and went elsewhere .Water park was ok, stay at any other hotel and walk over for the water park. "

"The casino , resort, restaurants, and attractions, were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was so many things to see and do. I attended a show during my stay that was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend Tropicana Resort and Casino to anyone who wants to visit and have a good experience. "

"The hotel was wonderful overall and I had a pleasant stay. The staff and accommodations were great for the most part. However, my room did not have conditioner, and although I called to request a refill, no one ever came to address it. Aside from that inconvenience, everything else met my expectations."

"Hair in the floor all over bathroom. One sink didn’t drain well because stopper was stuck. Other sink we had to wrap a washcloth around it because water dripped constantly. No tissues in empty tissue box. TV issues for one full day."
