"We had a great time!! John was very informative and reached out to review the checkin process as this is more of a residential building. It is a very secure building! The condo is very large and had almost everything we needed. We always travel with our own coffee maker so we got lucky 😉 As the listing states, you cannot use the balcony. "The room was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. Down sides... there is no maid service. The parking was terrible and expensive. The elevator system was terrible as well. The gym and entertainment area had a lot of broken stuff. Missing pool balls, broken air hockey. The dishwasher did not work well either. "

"Cons: The process of checking in was horrible. Three times I was asked to do it ( uploading photos of myself and my documents ) and on the arrival day I had to do it again. Another issue was the paymnet that their system was constantly cancelling. Pros: Kitchen, location, parking "

"Great place to stay!"

"At first I was worried for the 0 reviews but took the risk that the place was actually real. But thankfully all turned out great! Pictures represent the place perfectly and nothing was hidden. At arrival, it was tricky to find but a quick message and response from Dina and we were able to find it. Place was clean and comfortable, family enjoy the comfort of the TV and couch in living/dining room. 1 block/5 min walk to the boardwalk/beach which was great!(no need to search for parking) One spot...
