Waterfront Complex , Poolside, Ground-Floor, & New King Bed

3 min walk to beach! Ground-floor, poolside efficiency in complex on Sound, with newly renovated kitchen, flooring, and paint. Our unit faces the pool on ground floor. The complex is sound-side with pier, grills & gazebo. We are located just steps from the ocean with a private crosswalk for direct beach access.

Just picture a hotel room that has been converted to a privately owned efficiency. Our unit is perfect for a max of 2 adults. Please, no smoking in unit. Due to HOA rules, no pets or boats allowed by renters.

Stayed here during the big rock tournament. Great location, easy beach access. Nice pool area. It’s small but was perfect for me and my spouse. Super easy check in. I highly recommend this place and hopefully we can get this place again for next year!

We loved the convenience of putting our kayaks in the sound from the property and walking to the beach across the road. The property is a converted motel and very well maintained. AC worked great on a super hot weekend! It’s small, but my husband and I enjoyed our getaway here!!!

We love Bogue shore suites!! We have been coming here since I was little and now our kids are enjoying it aswell. Its the perfect location, everything is at your finger tips, pool right outside, pier right out back aswell as cook out areas, sitting areas, beautiful views, ocean right across the street, and shops right down the road! Its the perfect get away! We love this particular room, and now it has upgrades! We will definitely continue to stay here!

Absolutely loved this property location in the property! Just as listed… very comfortable for its size and well appointed. Convenient to parking area and the pool and entire complex! The grounds of the complex are so well maintained, the pool was super clean and maintained daily. Sound view was exceptional! Access to ocean across at light directly in front of complex was perfect! Thanks to owners Cindy and John for immediate response to any questions and the directions and bring it list!! Our stay was just perfect couple getaway!

Awesome vacation stay

I have stayed at alot of places at the beach but this one filled the bill to a tee. The room was exactly the right size for my husband and myself. Loved everything about it, bed was comfy, plenty of storage for our clothes, lots of kitchen items to make a meal and sit down to eat. Wish we could of stayed longer than a week. Loved location, grounds are well kept, canal with dock and fish cleaning station was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Cindy for answering my questions before time for me to start my vacation. This was an anniversay trip for us (49 years).

This is a very cute condo with a great king sized bed and everything we needed for meals. The pool is beautiful and the property manager Wes very friendly and helpful. Close to beach and on the sound. A great place for a 5 day vacation.
