Situated in Atlantic Beach, this condominium complex is conveniently located to Morehead City, Beaufort and Emerald Isle! From exploring Fort Macon, to playing Putt-Putt; shopping in Morehead City to touring Historic Beaufort, you can enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer without traveling far from your home-away-from-home!

SeaSpray 223 is a second-floor, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanview Condo, Total Bed Count: 1 King and 1 Queen.

Additional Amenities: 2 Flat Panel TVs, Highspeed Wireless Internet, Premium Cable Channels, Covered Deck with Furniture, Outdoor Decks. In-unit Washer/Dryer. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Waffle Maker, Toaster Oven, and Blender.

Community Ammenities: Park Style Grills, Outdoor showers, beach walkway, Picnic Table Area, Outdoor Pool Access, and Kiddie Pool Access.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation comes with a 2 car Max parking limit. Pick up your parking passes at your check in office.

Linens & Towels Provided (Weekly stays only). Linens provided with bookings 5 days or more, to add linens to bookings less than 5 days please call (888) 258-9287.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly Saturday-Saturday. Rents nightly year-round with a 3-night minimum stay.

Boat/Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Getaway

Love the Seaspray location. Quick walk to the beach. There is no elevator so if you are on the 3td floor steps are plenty.

Labor Day weekend

This past weekend, myself, children, and grandmother, made a trip to Emerald Isle for an extended weekend. On arrival to the facility, it was very hot, however, we were able to bump the thermostat down which quickly cooled the room. The room was very well suited for my family and offered a pretty view of the ocean. The kitchen offered a lot of cooking supplies which was appreciated. The pool was very nice and my kids loved the option of having a kiddie pool. The only downfall to our trip was that it was a very long walk for my elderly grandmother from our room to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!
