This condominium complex offers its guests use of the outdoor pool, kiddie pool, community grills, and laundry facilities (located on the first floor of each building). Situated in Atlantic Beach, this condominium complex is conveniently located to Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle! From exploring Fort Macon to playing Putt-Putt; shopping in Morehead City to touring Historic Beaufort, you can enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer without traveling far from your home-away-from-home!

SeaSpray 124 is an absolutely beautiful and renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanside condo in Atlantic Beach. The decor and proximity to the beautiful crystal waters will undoubtedly leave you wanting more.

Total bedding includes a king, a queen, and a twin.

Bedroom #1 includes a king bed, a smart TV, deck access, and a private bath.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, a twin bed, a smart TV, and a shared bath that is also accessible from the living and dining common areas.

Community pool open Easter through September 10am - 10pm.

Linens and Towels are provided for Weekly and Nightly stays.

NO SMOKING.

NO PETS.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance Year Round.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
