Ground Level: Covered Parking. Access to the Elevator and Stairs to the main living areas. The Theater Room includes plush seating, a Sectional Couch and Three Recliners, making it easy to gather everyone around the large Flat Screen TV for a movie night.

Level One: The spacious Game room offers entertainment for all ages with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, and Arcade Games. You can easily access the Oceanfront Pool area with your Private Pool and Hot Tub through the French doors. Access to a Full Bathroom is located directly from the Pool Area. A Wet Bar is located directly off the Recreation room as well. Bedroom #1 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Private Bathroom and direct access to the Oceanfront deck and Pool area. Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2-night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
