BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Bunk Beds, 2 Twin Beds, and 1 Futon

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Great community for our week!

The check in process was so simple. The house was very spacious, especially for our group of ten...mostly teenagers! We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well stocked with cooking items for us to use if we needed them. And we loved watching the 4th fireworks from the comfort of the house deck. It was a perfect location to see lots of different firework displays going off a the the same time. The pool was beside the house and the walk to the beach was short, not bad at all. We really loved the community there. Everyone we met was very nice, friendly and personable. Our kids even had some other kids in the neighborhood to hang out with while we were all outside. The community really added to our fantastic vacation.

Great location!

Short walk to the beach access. Right across our yard from the pool. Lovely, quiet neighborhood! Short drive to the aquarium, putt putt, restaurants, and groceries. Perfect for our family!!!

Ohana vacation

The house was perfect for our crowd. The 2nd floor living space was perfect! The 5 bedrooms fit our family size perfectly. The pool was conveniently located and well maintained. The distance to the beach was acceptable. We also love the neighborhood!

Quiet Quay

Nice house. Well furnished. Quiet neighborhood. Nice little spot. Off season was the best part.( No neighbors. ). Only 2 suggestions would be black out curtains in master bedroom for the streetlights directly out bedroom window and tv in bed rooms. Bedding was pretty good! It was nice to have a few things like spices in the cabinets for cooking. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Wife loved the glass ware.

Great place for a getaway!

Came down to Atlantic Beach to go fishing. Location was super close to our fishing trip, house was nicely sized to accommodate all of us! Loved the deck and chairs for relaxing! Everything stocked well for cooking. Would recommend.

Family Get-together

We had a wonderful time at Ohana. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen is especially well stocked. The walk on the sand to get to the ocean was a little difficult but seemed to get easier each day. Would definitely rent again

Best week ever!!!!!

We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for over 30 years with our family and this was the most wonderful house we have ever rented!! There are 10 of us....so there was plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need and I really loved that there was room enough for all of us to eat and sit and talk to each other! The kids really liked that it was very close to the pool! We are all looking forward to renting it again next year!!

Excellent home base for a beach vacation

We loved this property. The layout is fantastic- the warm outdoor shower from which you can directly (from outside) enter 4 of the 5 bedrooms was the very best, but we also appreciated the main living space on the middle floor and breakfast on the covered porch right outside, and the downstairs bedroom for the kids that wanted to stay up late watching movies. The decor was very nice, and only a few things were fragile enough that we moved them up out of the reach of the 3-5 year olds. We did have a little miscommunication about the pool- the property manager said we could use it despite the closed sign, and our NY children did enjoy it for a few minutes! But! Turns out it is not open until May so don’t count on the pool during the “off” season. Still, the ocean is just a short walk through the private neighborhood this home is in, and we were able to get in the water every day. Also, if you are fussy about knives, bring your own. The dishes are gorgeous and the bar area is fully outfitted. Thanks to the owners for opening their home- it was both comfortable and inspiring. We had a great time.

overall good experience

Mary Kay @ Spectrum was wonderful to deal with. There were a few small plumbing issues, but she was very responsive and had them fixed right away. Home had a large "gathering room" on the main floor (Kitchen, Dining, Den & Wet Bar ) very convenient for our family to hang out. Property is practically next door to Fort Macon State Park. The park has beach access and large picnic area, which was a treat for the kids.

Amazingly comfortable and well furnished home.

We loved our stay at the Ohana. We had 10 people stay with us and all beds, bedrooms,bathrooms, living room and outdoor furniture, dining room ....... everything was soooo comfortable for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group as well. Fun dishes, mugs and cocktails glasses to make entertaining fun. The community pool was very close and was awesome for our older parents. We are leaving today very relaxed and happy with fun memories made with our family. And we are very appreciative that you allow fur babies. 🥰Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be back.
