Nestled on Atlantic Beach, this idyllic getaway offers a perfect retreat between the ocean and the sound. Explore the celebrated beauty of the Crystal Coast with a leisurely stroll to the shore, indulging in surfing, shell hunting, and swimming in our pristine waters. Just blocks away lies "The Circle," offering everything from ice cream to tropical cocktails. Retreat to your modern townhome, boasting a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio for sunrise/sunset views, and a charcoal grill for laid-back meals. Enjoy the comfort of home with amenities including laundry facilities and two parking spaces. The unit features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, spread across 2 levels, accommodating up to 6 guests with bed configurations of 2 queen beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Nice Labor Day weekend away

We had a great weekend at Atlantic Beach. The accommodation were great! We had three small complaints- the ceiling fan in the master bedroom would not work (thank goodness we brought our own fan), the volume on the upstairs TV didn't work and there was only one garbage bag - we made it work, but a few more small adjustments would have given the place 5 starts. Overall - Great location, short walk to the beach and nice condo.

Great vacation condo

We had a great time staying in this condo. It is 3-4 blocks from the beach access. The neighborhood is nice and we felt comfortable going for walks in the evenings. The layout of the condo was convenient and allowed us to stay up without disturbing our daughter. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were helpful, as well.
