Beachfront 3rd floor ocean view overlooks pool & slide. Sleeps 6, washer/dryer on property. Large play area & grills. 2 tennis courts, basketball, putt putt. Great for families. Available Jul 30-Aug 6.

A place at the beach review

We have always wanted to stay at “A Place on the Beach” unfortunately it will be our first and last. The unit we rent was extremely small. It really should have been counted as a 1 bedroom not 2. The utilities in the unit were dirty. The coffee maker had mold growing in it. We had roaches in our unit and saw them in the stairwell on the property. The pool was so packed with families/kids it was not enjoyable so we spend most of our time on the beach. The worst part for me was the fact you could not exchange dirty bath towel. I spent my vacation doing laundry so we would have clean towels in a shared laundry room. Not my ideal of a vacation. Great location to Atlantic Beach but this resort has plenty they could improve.
