"Great value in the off season. Pool and hot tub were great. Room was spacious and beach was right there. No restaurants on site, so hav bring your own food ( full kitchen in room) or travel offsite. Wifi was weak, but not bad to disconnect for 2 days. Will book again! "

"3-4 level condos on either side dwarf this property but no worries. Nice quiet stay for two ppl and it works. I think any more than three ppl, you might have an issue. Quite, nice and clean. Checking in - out was easy and wouldn't have a problem staying there in the future. "

Seen many times people leaving the beach and getting to there cars and leaving. Maybe they were special ones, I don’t know. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit.
